A shop that overturned the concept of Hiroshima ramen in me so far. The menu includes soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, and regular limited noodles. Atmosphere is also good. I would recommend the one that is open at night. There are ramen that are only available at night, but there are also single dishes, so I think it's perfect for dates. Reservations are possible only at night, and charters are also available, so I think you should inquire at the store. I often use it with my friends who like ramen. Order the special soy sauce ramen for 1,500 yen! Mmm, it's delicious! I'm eating a lot of soup! Noodles with a nice texture! Various pork and chicken char siu! A chewy wonton with wide side gathers (with shiso leaves?)! There's a good amount of noodles and you'll be full! There is a mirror ball inside the store, and the combination of deliciousness will make you dance a little. SUSURU TV is on TV (lol)

When I came for the first time in a while, the system was changed to buy food tickets in advance. But it's still fashionable and in a good way, it's a shop that doesn't look like a ramen shop. I gave it a 4 because the chicken breast topping is a bit thick and I personally prefer it sliced, but I think it's in the top 5 delicious ramen in Hiroshima.
