More Comments at Google MapI really like ramen 🍜 my Favorite Food it’s delicious 😋 I love it
Added on 2023/10/23 I had tsukemen (green onion tsukemen) for the first time. The soy sauce ramen soup was very strong without the sourness that is typical of tsukemen, and the dipping sauce was rich in backfat, and it was delicious. It also comes with split soup, which is convenient for adjusting the taste. The only problem is that the soup gets cold because of the cold noodles. The taste was even more concentrated and delicious. It is also recommended for people who don't eat tsukemen because of the sour taste. ---------------------------------------------- There was very little parking available on Tuesdays around 7:30pm. There are still some seats available. I received the chashu noodles. Other customers were already served, so I started my order right away, and it took about 5 minutes from ordering to receiving the bowl. The soup was very delicious, the best I've ever eaten at a ramen shop. I've had many meals at Yuki Tsujiten, Tsubaki Ushiku, Tsubaki Gochi, Shinkashiwa, etc., and the soup was by far the most delicious. The noodles were regular rasho noodles, but they were cooked carefully. After all, the noodles don't stick together and turn into clumps like in the play shop supervised by the royal master of Rasho. (Of course) Above all, the chashu is delicious. The volume and number of noodles was larger than I expected, and I was sorry that I couldn't finish all the noodles and had some left over. Next time I go, I'll order half the noodles. Char siu noodles with such a large volume cost 890 yen. It's too cheap. Thank you very much for the delicious ramen.
This is my second visit. I got the deluxe. I'm glad that the rock seaweed is served in a crisp state. The chashu was also delicious. I didn't mind last time, but this time I felt the tension unique to a ramen shop. Are you new? The bowl came once in front of me, but for some reason it was served again to my companion.
