I visited the store for the first time around 7:30pm on a Sunday. This is a store I've been interested in for a while. However, the parking lot was always full and I had a hard time getting into the store, but on this day, there was space in the parking lot, so I impulsively entered the store. I found a ticket vending machine, looked at the board on the right side, and bought Chinese soba and seasoned eggs. A female staff member guided me to a counter seat, and once I was seated, she came to take my order, and I told her, ``I'd like soy sauce, please.'' After ordering, I looked around the store and found a water cooler. Before filling a glass with water and returning to my seat, I read the store's pop-up to understand the owner's intentions. To be honest, I love the atmosphere of this store. I came here to eat ramen and went home after eating ramen. I'm glad I can focus on that. The customers who come to ramen shops in Ibaraki (especially middle-aged men) are those who talk nonsense in a loud voice, perhaps because they don't care what others think, or those who brazenly talk about vulgarities among their friends. There are many people who laugh out loud, people who talk on their smartphones, and other such vulgar people. No matter how delicious the ramen is, if you have a customer like that, you'll feel sick and your appetite will drop. At this store, I didn't have to worry about that. I never get irritated by the words and actions of others. Thank you, shopkeeper. The Chinese soba soy sauce that arrived. Beautiful in appearance. Care is also taken in the placement of the ingredients. The char siu is smoked pork (loin?) and chicken char siu. The owner uses a slicer to slice the chashu every time he makes ramen. The smoked flavor is just right. I want to buy it and take it home. The chicken chashu is soft and does not interfere with the soup. This is one of the few restaurants in Ibaraki Prefecture where you can enjoy ramen in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I'll visit you again.
