Ushiku, Ibaraki, Japan｜Ramen Shop Ushiku Kessoku Ten

Absolutely worth the drive to get there if you can. I'd heard about this specific ramen shop many times and so glad we went. It is part of a chain, but each store in the chain has its own speciality. Absolutely recommended.

I had the negi miso chashu ramen, and it was fantastic. The place has an old-fashioned feel to it, but it works well with the food. It was a great experience.
