First Jiro style ramen! Cole is better with garlic, less vegetables and oil! For beginners of the Jiro style, I didn't have to memorize the calls, but there was a call chart at each table so I could order while looking at it, so I felt safe. Well, I was surprised by the taste when I took a bite! So delicious! ! I see, I want to come here regularly! Addictive!

I really wanted to eat some rich ramen so I went there. I'm very satisfied! 😊 First of all, I almost ascended to heaven when I took a bite of the soup lol A soy sauce-based soup with a strong flavor and plenty of backfat✨This is the flavor I was looking for. I can't resist eating the crispy noodles and bean sprouts together...! ・Two pieces of pork soba (char siu) Less vegetables, less garlic, average oil Flavored egg topping I ordered it! To order, sit down, choose from the menu, and tell the staff. The menu is written in an easy-to-understand manner, so you can order with confidence! It also clearly states, ``How much does it cost to add vegetables?'' I went alone, so I sat at the counter. As soon as I sat down, they brought me a basket to put my luggage in☺️ A pitcher of water, a box of tissues, and seasonings are placed within easy reach. When the ramen is ready, the counter seats are placed on the counter from the kitchen side, but I was really happy that, perhaps because I was a woman, she went around and brought the ramen from the counter to my seat. It was 🥰 Thank you for your consideration! This was a great help as I was a little worried about whether I would be able to hold it 🙇‍♀️ I went with less vegetables since it was 300g, but it could have been normal. (Normally 400g) I was worried that I might not be able to finish it all... When I heard the calls from customers around me, most of them ordered extra vegetables. Next time I will try the normal or extra size! I want to try mazesoba and gyoza 😋 There are many counter seats and table seats. There were solo people and families. I came to the store around 2pm on a Saturday, and there were many customers after me, so it must be a popular store! I went there with a pretty empty stomach, so I didn't take any photos 😂 I wish I had at least taken pictures of the menu and call list. I would like to take a picture of it next time.

First visit. It seems to be a popular restaurant, with several groups lining up even before it opened at 5:30 p.m. This is an order-based restaurant rather than a ticket-based restaurant. I ordered pork soba with a little more garlic, normal vegetables (300g), and a little more fat. The soup had just the right amount of saltiness compared to other Jiro restaurants. This delicious dish is made up of a combination of chewy thick noodles, soft and thick char siew, and crunchy bean sprouts.
