Excellent service and a very good taste of Hakata ramen! Good ambience

Recommended for those who want to eat authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen (Nagahama ramen). Is it okay to cook pork bones in-store? It's full of aroma...It's irresistible for tonkotsu lovers...It might be tough for those who don't like it (it's just a reference as it's personal preference) The only noodle menu is ``Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen''. Satisfy your hunger with your favorite toppings, side dishes, and side dishes. We recommend the harder noodles made by Trio Seimen. The rich soup, made from the bone marrow, had a viscosity that coated the noodles and was delicious. You can also enjoy gradually changing the taste from normal!

I had the authentic Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen which was very delicious. Entered the store around 12:00. I was seated right away without waiting. I ordered the ramen set (char siu bowl) with flavored egg and rock nori toppings, and the noodles were very hard. The soup is rich and has no odor, making it an excellent soup. It was so delicious that I ordered 3 extras. I added red pickled ginger to it to change the taste and enjoyed it. I want to go again!
