More Comments at Google MapThis is a ramen shop located on Fureai Street. There are counter seats, two raised tables for four people, and a parking lot, so multiple people can come and eat together. Each ramen shop has a different flavor, so no matter which shop you go to, you'll be able to enjoy new flavors, making it an exciting experience. At the Fureai Dori store, I ordered green onion char siu noodles.I was drawn to the fact that the menu also said, ``This is homemade char siu!'' I expected the ramen to be delicious, but the homemade char siu was soft, moist, and had a firm texture. La! There are table seats and the customer service is very polite, so I think this is a ramen shop with a gentle flavor that you can feel safe coming to eat with your children.
A ramen shop with wonderful customer service from a beautiful proprietress. The operation is run by the store owner and his wife, who are very excited about the regent. There may be a magic trick that will make you and your husband feel comfortable with the excellent customer service and want to come back again and again. The gentle soup has a good balance with plenty of back fat and a lot of green onions. In addition, the miso ramen had a good amount of garlic without being unpleasant, and had a very delicious balance. Of particular note is the thickly sliced domestic pork chashu, which is exquisitely soft and juicy, without the typical pork taste, so the chashu men is definitely a recommended dish. The basic ingredients, including the miso sauce, raajan, and garlic, appear to be purchased through Tsubaki Food Management's regular channels. This is a store I'd like to visit if I'm nearby.
I intended to order green onion chashu, but there were no green onions on it, so I asked for additional green onions. The photo shows chashu noodles
