Newly opened on August 29th, this is a store owned by the owner who used to work at a famous store in Gyotoku (Komuro). There are two types of menu, salt ramen and soy sauce ramen, and the wonton noodles are recommended. I had salt pork wonton noodles (1250 yen) + taste egg (100 yen). The char siu was cut by hand for each order, and the noodles were carefully arranged in a flat colander. The light soup had a good balance of animal and knotweed ingredients and salt, and it was delicious and matched well with the noodles. The large handmade wonton was full of bean paste and had a good texture. Although it was an opening day, I visited at 5pm and it was almost full. Next time I would like to try the soy sauce ramen.

I visited for the first time around 10:30 on August 30, 2023 (Wednesday). I had a large serving of soy sauce pork wonton noodles ¥1250 + ¥100, a flavored egg ¥100, and bamboo shoots ¥200. I would like to try the salty one when I come to Japan. It was a treat. It is the second visit around 10:15 on Friday, September 1, 2023. Salted char siu wonton noodles topped with a flavored egg and mini curry. The saltiness was also delicious.

Mataemon in Joso City Salted Charshu Wonton Noodles ➕ Iwanori topping, Just opened, it was quite crowded so I couldn't get in. They also have soy sauce and other toppings. It's delicious ramen. I'll come back later. Thank you for the meal.
