I ate salted wonton noodles. It was so delicious that I also tried the soy sauce chashu noodles. This one was also delicious.

I was curious because there was a line every time I passed by. I stopped by today I ate char siu wonton noodles with salt. The clear chicken-based soup is light but rich and goes well with the thin noodles. The char siu is served with Chinese soba noodles, pork shoulder loin, and is chewy and chewy. The wontons are chewy and delicious😄 The fried onions are a nice accent. This is delicious ramen 😁 The gyoza is also delicious with the sweetness of vegetables! Apparently they use Nagoya Cochin, but I think the price is a little high.

As soon as I entered the store, I quickly ordered the gyoza and took my time choosing the noodles... I guess it's salt ramen after all (lol) When I finished the bowl, I took a sip of the soup... Oh, was it this delicious? It has such a beautiful taste that I can't stand it (lol) I don't know that it's difficult, but Tori-san's soup stock is awesome. The noodles are a little thin and have a slightly hard texture. It lifts the soup well and goes perfectly with it. It feels good in my mouth (lol) I drank too much last night and thought I wouldn't be able to eat much, so I regretted it so much (lol) I should have at least added wontons. There was a lot of it before, but it disappeared in seconds like it was a dream lol Wow, that was awesome. Both the chashu and gyoza were delicious. But after all, this is noodles and soup.
