I think this place should be rated higher. When I first came here, I ate the boiled gyoza salt ramen and fell in love with the chewy boiled gyoza. I came here for the second time in a year and was worried because the menu had decreased. I had the chashu men and fried gyoza. Although the soup is simple, it has a rich flavor and is deeply delicious and comforting. The noodles are thick and chewy and are very filling. The grilled pork is so delicious that it will blow your mind. It's thick, chewy, and delicious. I feel the attention to detail everywhere. This is a very satisfying dish for those who love sticky rice. As mentioned in the reviews, the water is self-serve, there are no towels, the toilet is old Japanese style, and there are no tissues at each seat, so the service is definitely the best! I'm not saying that, but it doesn't feel unsanitary, and I can't go back to delicious ramen, so it's good. I was told that there is no timetable for the Mochimochi Boiled Gyoza restaurant to reopen due to a mechanical failure. I hope it will reopen soon.

A ramen shop that my husband had always wanted to try. The parking lot was full, but the second parking lot was empty so I was able to get in. The handmade gyoza in the back looked delicious, so we both ordered gyoza and ramen. I don't usually eat ramen, but the elegant soup with the sweetness of pork oil and the large, soft pork belly made me finish eating it without saying a word. The gyoza was large and delicious without a thick skin, but I was so full I could only eat one, so I ordered three to take home for dinner. I would like to stop by again on my way home from my husband's parents' house. Thank you for the meal!
