I visited for the first time on October 26, 2023 (Thursday) when it opened. I ordered the shrimp miso ramen (large serving, 1 boiled egg 150g + 75g) and 3 pieces of fried chicken.The taste of the shrimp was not strong and I felt it was modest, but it was delicious along with the fried chicken (one piece was a bit large).Inside the restaurant It was lively and had a good atmosphere, so I would like to go there again to eat. Whatever you eat is delicious. Shrimp miso and dried sardine miso have their own peculiarities, so I think people will either like or dislike them. As for rice, I highly recommend the egg-cooked rice. The gyoza is just... ❗It's a miso-based restaurant, but the Ushio ramen and soy sauce ramen are exquisite.

Personally, it was the most delicious miso ramen I've ever had. Musou Ramen is expensive, but the taste will not disappoint. I think I want to go again.
