A ramen shop located in a tenant group in front of City Hall. I had been curious about it for a while, so I went to see it after getting up early on a weekday. I was curious about the novelty of "chilled ramen", so I ordered this instead of the standard ramen when I saw it for the first time. The soup, which was developed specifically for chilling, is very delicious, and the soup stock works well. It seems like the owner has done a lot of research into everything. It was mixed with smooth medium-thick straight noodles, and the slightly chewy firmness was a perfect match, exceeding my expectations. I added grilled char siu and shiitake mushrooms as toppings, and the very healthy char siu goes well with this chilled ramen♪ I also appreciate that you can adjust the sourness to your liking with the fried garlic at the counter, or even the ``flavor vinegar'' made by pickling garlic and chili peppers in vinegar. There are many female customers in the store, and it certainly feels like this chilled ramen is recommended for women as well. The ramen looked and tasted like art, so next time I would like to try the orthodox warm ramen. I could feel the owner's commitment! Thank you for the meal♪

It's run by a young couple and has a friendly atmosphere. It was fully booked when I arrived after 1pm on a Saturday. Ordered a large serving of delicious spicy vegetable ramen with oven-grilled char siu plus. The rice bowl arrived about 20 minutes after entering the store. The spiciness is a little spicy, with a sweet miso flavor. The oven-roasted chashu was thinly sliced, but there were 4 slices, so I was able to fully enjoy it. My stomach and heart were filled with happiness.

I ordered the half-sized ramen that appeared after the restaurant reopened, along with a half-sized bowl. This choice is very correct. The first bite of ramen is insanely delicious! However, haven't we all experienced the experience of feeling bloated as we continue to eat and no longer feel as grateful as we did for the first bite? On days when you eat a large portion, your stomach will be full, but by the end of the day, your appreciation for it has already faded and your heart will be no more satisfied than the price. I heard this in an economics lecture a long time ago. This half-and-half set is a solution to this problem. You'll run out of noodles before your stomach swells, allowing you to get your first bite of the bowl while there's still room. If you feel like your bowl needs a little more punch, you can add a little bit of ramen soup to change the taste. Although the price seems more expensive than the regular size, you can still enjoy this set for just 1,010 yen. Don't do it, manager. I thought this was the best order that would satisfy both my stomach and my heart, allowing me to enjoy two of Kiraku's flavors.
