Ibaraki Prefecture is home to the first ramen shops, main shops, and delicious ramen shops, so it's easy to keep an eye on them. This time we will be talking about the first Yamaoka family store. I was relieved that the taste was no different from Yamaoka's in my neighborhood. When I ate at the first store, I felt like I had conquered all the Yamaoka restaurants in the prefecture (lol). When I see trailers and large vehicles parked there, I think that they have been supporting the transportation industry for quite some time. I ate soy sauce this time, so I think I'll try miso next time.

The birthplace of the Yamaoka family, which has proliferated throughout the country. I came here for the first time after the renovation. I loved how it glowed red in the middle of the night, and the inside of the store shook with the vibrations of the trucks running on Mito Kaido.Also, some people were captivated by the smell just by driving in front of the store. However, the taste of the ramen never fades, and when I ate it for the first time in a while, I felt nostalgic and thought, ``Oh yeah, this is the flavor.'' I think it tastes even better because it's specially made. I added more spinach as a topping and also added gyoza and rice. Place this crunchy spinach on top of rice and toss it all together. This is a nameless dish. Too delicious... It's also nice that the ringside S seats are all counter seats (^^) It's a ramen shop where everyone, young and old, can eat delicious food, and the staff is attentive. Thank you for the meal!
