I went there in early November 2018♪ The name ``Menya Namine'' is apparently pronounced as Onsan. Apparently it's from June this year. Although it was not in front of Ushiku Station, the store was located on the first floor of a building as close as possible to the station. To put it in an easy-to-understand way for locals, it's along the road from Ushiku Chateau, diagonally across from the Fujiya intersection. How many shops were there originally? I don't remember it at all, but was it an izakaya, a sushi restaurant, or a soba restaurant? It felt like that. This time with smoked soy sauce ramen Inspired by Indonesian street food Martabak Moreover, I ordered gyoza similar to pancakes with cheese on top. {The picture looks a little whitish, but it looks even more delicious in reality💦} First came the gyoza, which were cut into squares like chijimi. The cheese is charred, fragrant, has a texture similar to that of pancakes, and has a crispy texture. But it tastes like gyoza. I really thought it must be really difficult to make this. It's not the kind of gyoza you get at a ramen shop, so it might be better to think of it as a side dish. In fact, it seems to be mainly open at night, so if you think of it as a ramen shop, you'll probably also find a lot of alcoholic beverages on offer. And ramen. It's a genre I've never tried before. I personally like it, but What can I say? . . . . . It's difficult to make an analogy with smoked fish and sweetness. I wonder what it is, like the duck steamer you get at a good soba restaurant? How does it feel? ? The noodles are also like nothing I've ever eaten before. It was easy to cut, so it felt like soba. So, I think it would go well with a lot of green onions and raw eggs (lol) for toppings. I felt like it would really go well with kakiage. This is just my personal opinion, I thought it was really delicious and I couldn't find it anywhere else. So, what about miso? ? ? ? I can't even imagine the taste, I would like to try it next time. Other things that caught my attention were the smoked soy sauce sauce TKG, Fried chicken with smoked soy sauce and mini chashu rice bowl. a! I was also curious about the clam salt ramen for ¥750. I think butter topping would go well with it. The fact that you're doing it late at night is valuable. I am very grateful. Closed on Wednesdays, 9:00pm to 5:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00pm to 3:00pm on other days of the week It's like that. They have a lot of alcohol for a ramen shop and it's close to the station, Maybe they want to let in passengers coming off the station. However, Ushiku isn't so dazzling at night (lol), so I think it might be difficult for regulars to come home from work. I worry automatically. It's delicious, so I want them to continue making it. If we want to increase the number of late-night regulars, we'll probably increase the variety of sake and snacks we serve. If you're aiming for a rare and delicious ramen shop that's open late into the night, I think they should post a notice about the parking lot. It may have been written there when we went there, but even though we drove past it twice, I couldn't understand the directions, so I put it in the Coin P box opposite Fujiya. Where is the parking lot? How many cars can you park? I want to know. First of all, smoked soy sauce tasted like nothing I've ever had before! Please try it once.

It was delicious
