This is a roadside ramen shop. It can get a little crowded depending on the time of day, but the kitchen is working efficiently and the turnover rate is quite good. When it's your turn, the staff will quickly guide you to your seat. Ordering is by meal ticket system. Water and towels are provided by yourself. I don't dislike your attitude of cutting back where you can. The rice bowl arrived in less than 10 minutes after ordering. If it's early, it will arrive in about 5 minutes. The soup is rich and has a sticky texture with a hint of sweetness. By default, it's so thick that you can see the faults in the soup and oil. (If you don't like oil, you can order less when you give your meal ticket.) The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles that stand out from the soup. When you bite into the chewy noodles, you can feel the taste of wheat and feel satisfied. Pica and other toppings go perfectly with the noodles and soup. To be honest, the product lineup is rather heavy, but I get the impression that there is nothing useless in terms of combinations. The pure liver bowl, salted green onion tongue heart, and fried rice are all of a high standard and the prices are low, so I am very satisfied.
I saw it on YouTube and went to see it. I ordered pure liver salt, skirt steak set meal, and non-albi beer. The liver tasted as expected. ...Even though it's non-alcoholic, I'm glad I ordered beer! The skirt steak was voluminous, and the large portion of rice was heaping, but the rice went on and on! I'm very satisfied!
