Ryugasaki, Ibaraki, Japan｜ラーメン いっとく

Very delicious ramen 😊😊

Grilled pork ramen🍜 I often visit here when I go to Ryugasaki♪ There are various genres such as Iekei, Jiro-kei, Stamina-kei, Kyushu Tonkotsu, etc., but which category do you belong to? As you can see in everyone's reviews, it has a very unique taste! If you're not sure what to eat with the addictive soup, why not just take a high-speed train and go there? I think. There are so many different genres to choose from if you just drive around, but you'll only find so many of them here! (There is one in Tsukuba too...)

I live in Yokohama, but this is a ramen shop that I definitely want to visit when I come to Ibaraki. It doesn't look appealing at first glance (it's mostly brown), the flavor is complex and strong, and the store's signboard looks suspicious, but it's delicious. If it's an easy-to-understand place, the char siu is delicious and the volume/quality/quantity is comparable to that of yakiniku. But in reality, I feel that the soup is its unique charm. But...I've been there probably 10 times, but it's a mystery as to what kind of ramen it is. It's soy sauce based and quite thick. I can't say it's light, but I wouldn't say it's thick either. Whether it's vegetables or chicken bones, the overwhelming flavor makes your brain want to drink it all up. The most distinctive feature is the sour taste. The soup doesn't have an easy-to-understand flavor like the famous ramen in Tokyo, but is very complex, yet extremely simple. What is noteworthy is the aftertaste. Although the portion is ample, it is not at all grueling and is so gentle that you can eat it every day. On the way home, I'm left with only a gentle feeling of satisfaction, but after a month, I start to feel addicted to the ramen, which is very strange. There are quite a few ramen shops relatively nearby, but the one that's really good is Kocchi.
