Ushiku, Ibaraki, Japan｜OOTAKAYAMA Ramen

I've been getting into the Jiro type of noodles recently, and the noodles and soup went well together and was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went on a lunch trip and found it. Ramen with bean sprouts and back fat! was delicious~ It's a meal ticket system, and as you wait at your seat, your meal ticket number will be called. Looks like a drug store! I got excited. When you receive your ramen, you can add your own chopped ginger and garlic toppings. It also had sesame seeds, which made me happy as a sesame lover. The bean sprouts are thin and have a luxurious feel. It tastes best when eaten with soup containing fine back fat! Thin bean sprouts are delicious. I chose thick noodles. It's so chewy that it's sticky. The char siu has a soft texture, and when you break it up and eat it with the noodles and thin bean sprouts, it's perfectly balanced. There was a side dish of thin noodles, but I was too full so I'll save it for next time.

Jiro ramen tends to be evaluated only, but what is truly wonderful is that you can experience “thin noodles but full and delicious”. If you don't like thick noodles or want to try a new taste, please try "Mazesoba Thin Noodles". The worldview should change.
