So, I ate "Miso Tsukemen" at Katsukami Kaku Fuji, which has its roots in Taishoken. The thick, curly noodles mixed well with the rich miso and sour dipping sauce, making it very filling and delicious😆🍜 After soaking in the sauna and open-air bath at the natural hot spring Yumaion Ryugasaki branch, the tsukemen was the best meal ever😆 [January 5, 2023] At the beginning of the year, I went to “Katsugami Kaku Fuji” for the first time in a while 🚶🏻‍♂️ ``Fuji Soba'' with extra-thick noodles is extremely filling! ️Eat it with pickled garlic for double the taste🤗 I also bought some souvenirs, chashu pork and miso tsukemen, and enjoyed them at home😋🍜 Using the lemons I received from Yoshimuraya at the end of the year, I will have a drink with lemon sour and chashu 😁 [April 30, 2022] I went to Kakufuji for the first time in three months😊 This time I ordered "Fuji soba + small pig" Thank you for the flavored egg service 🙇🏻‍♂️ This non-emulsified, punchy soup is delicious every time you drink it! When you dip pickled garlic, vegetable oil, and extra-thick noodles in soup and slurp them together, you get a taste like no other! I like the Kakufuji chain, so I went to the Minami Nagareyama store, Tokatsu MARUKAKU, Shin-Matsudo Sohonten, Shin-Matsudo store, Kanamachi store, and Higashi Kawaguchi store, but I thought Katsugami Kakufuji was the most delicious😋 I'm planning to explore various restaurants such as the Kakufuji series that I haven't been to yet, limited edition tandan noodles, and side menus.
