Adding just the right amount of spicy miso to a rich seafood-based miso soup makes it very delicious! My recommendation is: "Rich miso ramen" "Rich pork sardines" There are two. Both of these ramen are rich in seafood and pork broth, and I think those who like seafood will enjoy these ramen.

We got there as soon as it opened on Sunday. I put it in first, so I put it in easily! I ordered a male pig. I was impressed by the politeness of putting water and preparing a seat before handing the ticket. The ramen arrived without waiting too long. When I drank the soup, I thought it was a soup with a strong seafood flavor and a firm texture for Jiro! The noodles are thick washi-wash noodles that are chewy and satisfying 👍🏻 As the name of the pork baron suggests, the pork char siu was tender and the fat was sweet and delicious! The bean sprouts are crunchy and the spiciness of the garlic is a nice accent! The ramen was served with a kaeshi-like sauce, and when I ate it over the bean sprouts, it was delicious with a salty and umami flavor! The atmosphere of the shop was very old-fashioned, and it was a shop with an atmosphere that didn't particularly care about hygiene. It's a ramen shop that I want to go to again 🍜

The rich tsukemen had pork and boiled eggs in the soup. It's definitely rich and delicious. Pour the remaining pork and soup over half the rice and it's the perfect way to end the dish. It was around 7pm, but I was immediately seated at the counter.
