Idouji was certainly something else. An amazing experience. Their bowl of ramen is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, I have ever had. I think this place is special; this bowl of ramen is an artisanal work, for lack of a better description. Small, cozy, and intimate. I loved the low counter since I could watch as they prepared my meal. I most definitely will return, and I will show as many people as I can this beautiful ramen. Edit: Visited Idouji again, and I stand by my review. This place is truly special. I also got a salmon bowl this time, absolutely delicious. See the photos I attached.

If you are fan of unique broth and pasta-like ramen, you will love it. This place is similar to 鬼門語. The broth flavor blends well with the thin noodles. You get a choice to choose pork or chicken for toppling. The decor is modern and pleasant while seats are only available at the counter-style with seats (no tables). Expect long line during the lunch time and early dinner hours.

Fusion Ramen. The taste is really delicious! However, it is better to come early before the shop open. Because of the long queue.
