Perhaps because of the intense heat, there was no line at noon, so I was finally able to go. Even though the shop is always crowded, it was nice to have spoons and bowls for children. I ordered a gyoza half rice and a gyoza dumpling for my child, but even the half rice was too much rice. In the end, my child wanted my tanmen and ate it. I had the tanmen (whole). The unique plump noodles and crispy vegetables that are fried at a high temperature are delicious. Garlic and plenty of green onions go well with the mellow yet rich soup. If you put it in your mouth with the leftover rice from your child, it's the best combination of carbohydrates and fat. It's still some time before my child can eat a single serving of tanmen, so next time I'd like to calm down and eat a large serving of noodles.

It's a little difficult to enter the store, but as expected, it's a popular store, so I came to the chair outside the store waiting for customers, but I was able to enter the store as soon as I bought it at the ticket vending machine. I ordered tanmen and my wife ordered a little less tanmen! Even I, who is not good at vegetables, was able to eat deliciously! The crispy stir-fried vegetables, noodles and soup are well matched, not good for me as an old man, I drank up the soup! Thank you for the meal!

I was looking for delicious tanmen around Tsukuba, and this was delicious. The vegetables were well stir-fried, the soup had a good flavor, and if it wasn't crowded, I'd go there every day. It's difficult to do that since it's far away, but I always remember it when I get close... It was that kind of tanmen.
