I visited this place after learning that it was a Jiro-style restaurant similar to Kishimen. To be honest, even though I personally like Jiro, I don't really like the Jiro line... It is so delicious that it exceeded my expectations! 🤣 The price is Kaito ramen for 900 yen and quail egg topping for 120 yen. It is a rare type of bowl with a vertically tall bowl. By default, the oil is firmly on top and the amount of noodles is quite large. If you increase the amount of vegetables, the amount will increase and you will feel satisfied. The chashu is thick, soft and delicious. It also comes with half a boiled egg, which is gorgeous! The soup is not that fatty compared to Jiro. The noodles are delicious, but I have the impression that people will either like it or dislike it. I would be happy if you could also choose a thicker type of noodles like Jiro... Be careful when doing Tenjigaeshi or pulling out the noodles, as the noodles are thin and may break due to force. Overall, I got the impression of a beautiful Jiro. Tsukemen also seems to have different noodles, so I'd like to try them out!

I had Kaito Ramen, 250g of noodles, regular vegetables, regular garlic, and quail topping. It's a Jiro-style noodle similar to kishimen, and it's light. The pork was thick but tender. I avoided lunchtime so it was empty.

The noodles are flat and taste like kishimen noodles. The soup was lighter and more delicious than it looked. The store is located in a difficult to reach location It's empty, but there's a line. I think it's a strange ramen shop.
