Abura soba restaurant opened in Yatabe, Tsukuba City. I had my first abura soba! It was very delicious. I visited on a weekday at noon. There were only two employees, but the customer service was very refreshing and polite. Vinegar and chili oil are placed on the counter. Chopped onions are self-service.

I really like this restaurant and eat there whenever I see it in Tokyo. I came across this store while driving around Tsukuba, so I popped in. The food is delicious as always, and the inside of the store is spacious and comfortable. I want it near my house...
