Some seriously delicious noodles. Truly fantastic, amoung the best I've ever had anywhere. Outstanding, friendly, fast and indefatigable service. Clean and comfortable. Loved the interior and graphic design of this restaurant too.

Entered the store for the second time with my wife. I ordered the standard Ibaraki tanmen. Using the free topping ticket I got last time, I topped with a flavored egg and my wife topped with corn. The corn will be added to the bowl, but personally, it will change the taste of the soup, so I thought it would be better to choose toppings such as egg, vegetables, and meat. There was chopped ginger on the table, so when I added it at the end, the soup didn't change its taste, but it became a little more sour. Originally the soup is refreshing, so it is easy to eat. Visited for lunch on a weekday. It was before there were many customers yet, so I went to the counter smoothly. Since it's my first time, I ordered a single item of Ibaraki Tanmen, which is a standard product. There weren't many customers yet, so the tanmen came in no time. There is a red spicy condiment on the topping. If you eat it with vinegar, you can feel the umami of the soup and the firmness of the noodles. You can adjust the boiling condition of the noodles. This time I ordered it with normal hardness, but at the first bite, I felt it was a little hard. Noodles are thin. As I continued to eat, I noticed the chopped garlic that was sinking in the soup. This is the flavor and richness of the soup! There is pepper on the table, but this is coarsely ground. The impression of the soup changes dramatically just by sprinkling it lightly, so I think it's best to eat it as it is at first, and then sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper on it after it's half cooked. Please be careful not to hang too much.

I chose a limited time item. It had a great punch and was delicious. It seems that the noodles change depending on the product you choose. This time it was Jiro noodles. Salt tanmen is like thin noodles. Around 17:30 is the aim.
