Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Gankoya Karugan Ramen

I had their “mizore” ramen. It has been in my mind since the day my exgirlfriend took me. This is one of my favorite ramens of all time. The soup, grated daikon radish and umeboshi come together to a unique harmony. Simply amazing. You have to try it. I am dying to go back to Japan to eat here again.
