I had black vacuum soba (large serving) and rice. First of all, it was delicious. Rice with char siu is the best. The soup is packed with umami, and although it has a strong taste, I felt like my whole body was craving for this umami, so I drank it all the way through. The char siu was delicious with the umami of the meat and the feeling of eating meat with direct fire, the scent of charcoal grilling, and the sweetness of fat with roses. It's a great size and I'm very happy with it. (Low temperature was out of stock.) There may be ramen with a higher rating than this ramen, but I like this ramen the most. I became a fan.

I came here on a Saturday lunch time for the first time in a few years. The fried dried sardines soba (soy sauce) is served at a low temperature and the noodles are thin and rice. The dried sardines soba here is always delicious. The rice is still topped with grilled pork. What’s more, it’s a thick roast! Personally, if the menma is the tip of the menma, it would be perfect! It was delicious ♥ I was grateful to be able to choose the topping char siu. When the person I went with asked for rice, I was surprised to find char siu on top. If you are visiting for the first time, you may want to buy all the pieces of char siu that are not sold out one by one and order the toppings that are sold out. Due to my constitution, I had a lot of trouble when I returned home, but even without that, it's a shop I'd like to visit again♥ If I can make the soup thinner next time, maybe I'll ask for that♥
