Ryugasaki, Ibaraki, Japan｜麺屋 たかみ

I used it for lunch when I drove to Ryugaoka Park in Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. I wasn't sure if I should go with soy sauce ramen, but I chose green onion miso ramen, chashu rice bowl, and gyoza. It is a system where you purchase a meal ticket first at the entrance. It was lunchtime, so it was almost full, but it was served in about 10 minutes, and the gyoza came first. Meat dumplings with fewer vegetables and chives. good! The green onion miso ramen is based on pork bones and contains a little backfat. The white-haired green onion is a type that cannot be used with chili oil, and if you soak it in miso soup and slurp it with ramen, the crispness and the refreshing spiciness of the green onion will pass through your nose and it is very delicious. The char siu in the char siu bowl is roasted, and the aroma is appetizing. You can also enjoy the texture because it contains loosened char siu and a little chili oil to eat. There was a ramen shop near the park, but when I went nearby, it was a ramen shop that I wanted to stop by again!

I had Takami's cold Chinese noodles for the first time. Shredded cucumber, green onion, and minced meat o(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)o base with sesame sauce. I was so shocked at how delicious it was that I grabbed the plate and ate the whole soup (*≧∀≦*) The concept of cold Chinese noodles was completely overturned (*≧∀≦*) It was really delicious o(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)o
