I ordered pork soba. Here, there is a service called Joshi Mori, which allows you to reduce the portion size, so even women could easily enjoy Jiro-style ramen! The spicy noodles and rich soup are very filling and satisfying (*´︶`*)ﾉ Recommended for women who like Jiro style!

Chinese noodles with dried sardines The soup is delicious with dried sardines 😋 The noodles are thick and filling 🤣 But thin noodles might be better 🤔

First of all, the customer service is wonderful. Older women are more polite, and their relationship with the kitchen is amazing. Pork soba medium size, noodles are stiff and mellow soup is perfect. The char siu is amazing. I was able to eat it deliciously until the end without having it in my stomach!
