First visit in mid-October R5! Noodle shop Hide! Given the name 'Yankee', I imagined the owner to be quite tough, so I entered the store with great preparedness! The shop is managed by two people, the owner and the landlady, and in a sense it exceeds expectations, as the couple is a very pleasant couple and you can feel at ease when entering the shop. The owner is very particular about the noodles, and the owner's proud noodles are thick and custom-made yankee noodles made with a blend of high-quality wheat flour! It's not a big shop, with 4 tables and 4 seats at the counter, but I was able to enter without having to wait. The order was topped with roasted green onion pork noodles and rock nori, and the green onions were replaced with spicy green onions. From here, it's time to compete with Yankee noodles! The noodles have the chewy texture that we're proud of, and they're perfectly cooked and filling! Char siu is a tender and flavorful meat that you can eat as many pieces as you want! The soup also had a punch that only Yankees can make, and I was able to eat and drink it to the last drop and it was so delicious! Next time I would like to try fried rice (Yancha)!
Akamaru ramen was delicious. It was 3 spiciness, but it wasn't unreasonably spicy and you could feel the flavor of the soup. The mini pork bowl that I ordered additionally was also of a high standard. The pork belly was grilled fragrantly, and the egg yolk sitting in the middle gave it a nice change of flavor. We have a very spicy challenge menu called "Enuma", so I'd like to try it next time! They also say that the fried rice is delicious. The shop seems to be run by a couple. I was expecting a cool atmosphere since it was called Yankee Ramen, but I was disappointed in the warm atmosphere. It was a fun souvenir that made me want to come back again.
