A rare restaurant located on the outskirts of Hitachino Ushiku. I really wanted to eat yakisoba so I rushed in 40 minutes before closing. Although Chinrai is a chain restaurant, the taste varies, but at this Chinrai you can enjoy watching the kitchen from the counter seat. Just looking at the vegetables and noodles floating in the air, expertly prepared in a wok, will whet your appetite. "Yakisoba" "Stir-fried vegetables" "Half gyoza" First of all, the water here is delicious! The meal was served in about 10 minutes. Consistently delicious gyoza, stir-fried vegetables with white rice and the best side dish. What's more, the texture of wood ear mushrooms is very crunchy, and the texture is incomparable to the wood ear mushrooms at the supermarket. It's real! What beats it all is the ``yakisoba'' with noodles that shine in a glaze. Stir-fried vegetables are at a disadvantage due to the richness of this sauce. Even though it is a chain restaurant, the cooking method using firepower, which cannot be imitated at home, is the greatest weapon. I tried adding garlic for a slightly different taste. Woohoohoo! ! This seems to be a bit addictive. The staff are nice, and I feel more comfortable eating at a chain restaurant that serves delicious food than a typical ramen restaurant that just makes you laugh. Recently, my favorite ramen shop disappeared, and it became one of my favorite shops after many decades. I often go there at noon, but I went there the night before this, but maybe the chef changed, and the taste was a little strong. My tongue prefers the lunch cook.
