Green onion miso ramen A traditional and comforting taste. The noodles are thick and chewy. My favorite firm char siu. Mapo Eggplant Yakisoba Noodles are well grilled and fragrant. The mapo onions are crunchy and delicious. Dandan noodles Rich in sesame seeds. It's not that spicy. The noodles are thinner than miso and smooth. Genki set: Shrimp chili rice, soy sauce ramen, plump shrimp. More chili sauce than ketchup. The ramen comes in one serving and is quite large. After all, the cost performance is good. There is a parking lot for about 6 cars.

I love miso ramen. Among them, from the late 40's to the 50's, There were many "Dosanko" in Ibaraki Prefecture. I loved miso ramen so much that I couldn't forget it. There was also a "Dosanko" Hojo store along R125 in front of Higashinaka. The store has about 10 seats only at the counter. In the old days, eating out as a family was exclusively "Dosanko". I waited impatiently for the miso ramen to be prepared on the counter in front of me on a round plastic plate colored according to the type of ramen. If you don't behave well when eating out, you won't be able to take me next time. I was always like Oriko. In my heart, I wanted to eat "miso corn butter ramen", but I always ordered normal miso ramen and gyoza to eat with miso sauce. I shared it with my family and ate it. Eating out with my family was fun. A lot of time has passed since the Showa period, and the number of restaurants where you can eat that nostalgic taste has steadily decreased. The last time I ate at "Dosanko" was the Shimodate store along R294 exactly 30 years ago. Since then, I feel like a traveler looking for that nostalgic taste. And this time Sapporo Ramen "Shirakaba" I came here for the first time in 31 years. Certainly, it used to be a Sapporo ramen shop in the past, The billboard is still standing, but I don't know if the owner has changed or the chef has changed, but I think the correct answer is "Chinese cuisine Shirakaba" instead of the Sapporo ramen shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of food has improved significantly. And above all, I was surprised that that miso ramen has been handed down to this day with the same taste as that time. It seems that the price has been raised just a little bit in this day and age. Full of surprises. As soon as you get to your seat, you can use expensive paper napkins instead of tissue paper for disposable towels and mouth wipes in cold bags. The female staff speaks very well, but the accent is slightly different, so it must be over there. In my free time, I was skillfully wrapping dumplings in the kitchen. I was surprised to see that the man serving the food looked exactly like the actor Takayuki Yamada when he grew his beard out. The chef also has a high reputation for Taiwanese ramen, so is it a local person? Because it is an old store, the inside of the store is as it is. But it's also like a good secret ingredient. Isn't that Machi Chuka? In a beautiful store, there is a gorgeous flower arrangement, There is a Mercedes in the parking lot at home, Only bean sprouts and green onions are on top, I like it much more than miso ramen shops. You can choose thick noodles or thin noodles, so this miso ramen is a must-try for Sapporo ramen lovers. Miso ramen that becomes a habit that you want to eat often if you are nearby. The heat is still continuing, but the staff Please take care of yourself.

I was watching TikTok and thought I'd like to try it out, so I came to the store. After looking at the menu and thinking about it a lot, I ordered the shrimp chili set meal, mapo ramen and gyoza, and aburinji. The shrimp chili used onions and was spicy but sweet and delicious. The gyoza has a consistently good taste that you can't complain about. The fried chicken has a crispy coating and an exquisite taste that is very satisfying. There was a lot of each dish so I ended up having leftovers, but when I told the staff, they gave me a pack so I could take it home, which was nice.
