I went with my family before 1pm on a Sunday. There was only a counter so I had to wait for a while, but the customer service and explanations were polite! I ordered the Neapolitan with chicken, dried sardines, soy sauce, salt, kelp water tsukemen, and aedama. I personally recommend salt as it is more refreshing than soy sauce! Apparently it was the chef of Amici, so the Neapolitan was also very delicious. I would like to go back and try another menu.

This is my third visit. I had salt, and my husband had soy sauce and egg. The soup is light, but the depth spreads after drinking. I wonder if this is the flavor of seafood and kelp. Noodles are straight noodles. Get used to the soup. The temperature of the soup was hotter than the previous visit. I liked the soup that wasn't too hot before because I could enjoy the flavor of the soup. I don't have a picture, but it's the aedama that my husband ordered. Sauce yakisoba today. Was yakisoba this fashionable? Master, "I need a plate 😊" and gave me a plate. I have dolce after dinner. It's Dolce at the ramen shop 😁 Don't underestimate it! ! I really liked the tsukemen of the brother next door. Next, I will make tsukemen. thank you for the food! !
