The noodles are chewy and smooth, and the thickness is just right, and the chashu pork is between creamy and firm, which is just right and delicious. The noodles are delicious, so next time I would like to try the Mazesoba.

It wasn't what you would call Shimodate ramen, but it was beautiful and delicious. I ate it with thick chicken broth and white soy sauce, but it was hard to choose.
