It was a ramen shop that was like a national treasure. The taste is traditional, but you can feel it going into your body as much as you like. The noodles are similar to instant ramen, but they are unique. The general's story is also interesting and makes you lose track of time. It was the kind of shop I wanted to come back to.

The inside of the store is somewhat nostalgic. Nostalgic taste. This is the original Shimodate ramen shop. The lively voice of the friendly shop owner echoes throughout the quiet shop. The simple seasoning of cubed beef, menma, and seaweed is great. A famous restaurant that I would like to visit again. However, I would like first-time visitors to reconsider the mysterious smell inside the store, which is symbolic...I guess that's fine when it comes to history. The shop owner told me, ``Please don't post it on SNS!!'', but it's okay to post comments of praise.

I grew up eating wonton noodles from Tsukubaken. When the owner was young, he would fly a radio-controlled helicopter on the road in front of the shop, and in the evening he would play a trumpet 🎺😌. When ordering, you can taste the old-fashioned wonton noodles if you first ask for ``thick soup''.
