Tsuchiura, Ibaraki, Japan｜将来軒

I ordered a large serving of Cantonese noodles (900 yen). It had a light filling, didn't get cold easily, and was easy to eat. It is packed with crunchy ingredients such as chopped cabbage and Tsuchiura's famous lotus root. I wasn't sure if I would be able to finish it, but I did.

Miraiken is famous for its signboard that says, "The 3rd best restaurant in Japan." Regular ramen is in the minority these days, but it may not be enough for people who are used to eating ramen that comes with a punch. Perhaps because they are making char siu, the store is full of four-legged scents ❤️. It's an ordinary street Chinese restaurant, but there were various unusual ramen on the wall menu, so I want to try it next time. "Waku Waku Ramen" seems to have green pepper meat string on it.

good! I wanted to eat Chinese food like this. The dashi is original and delicious. I can't go to the chain day shop anymore. I'm from Tokyo, but I want to eat again, so I'll definitely go.
