More Comments at Google MapDandan noodles (→ special serving), half rice, half rice (When you order ramen at lunch time and ask the store clerk for a free service.) Garlic and chili bean sauce are said to be stored separately in the refrigerator. So, when I asked the store clerk, I was able to get it out. After trying to control the simple dandan noodles, I mixed in garlic mashimashi (2 large servings) to customize it, and while feeling like I was anticipating the summer stamina menu tune, Doubanjiang mashimashi (2 heaping teaspoons) left a light and shade. It's quite spicy if you mix it to a certain degree, but it's strangely not spicy, probably because you've been doing errands before coming to the store, and so on. After some research, it seems that the vinegar is made like sake halfway through.), a custom mix of pepper, and two half rice bowls were added to make it a custom like spicy rice. As a result, it was quite uptuned, and perhaps with the scent of spices, I finished three servings within 20 minutes. I came to the store in the early hours when the seats were relatively vacant, but I was able to prepare and respond. thank you very much.
I ate soy sauce pork bones. The noodles are medium thick and straight, and the soup is rich but not greasy and delicious. This combination of noodles and soup is very different from Iekei, and is similar to Kyoto ramen. If you are from Kansai, please try it. Also, before the visit, I was a little hesitant to see the rough reviews, but the customer service of the store clerk was completely fine, and I didn't understand why the reviews were rough. It is often said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Added July 23 I liked it when I first came to the store, and I have visited several times, but there is no problem with the taste or the staff's attitude. I don't know what happened in the past, but there is no reason for the bad reviews. Pork bone soy sauce is delicious! Business hours have been changed from 4/1. Please be careful if you need lunch! Mon-Sat 17:00- Sunday from 13:00
Around 22:00 when I was told that there was no char siu!! Tandan noodles are completely OK without char siu, so I was hungry anyway, so I went in for the first time in my life! It was too delicious. The store clerk was also kind to me.
