Great experience.. and to be completely honest I have no idea what the name of the place is or how to pronounce it. So ... Mark it in your saves or favorites and look for the store sign 😅. This place was recommended to us by my wife's brother ...a local of this area . ( He knows all the best spots ) I'm glad I followed his advice . The ramen was incredible. You have so many ways to add and make it just exactly how you like it . The ticket machine is a bit challenging but luckily between google translate camera and my Japanese wife I got the best ramen in Ibaraki . My wife was shocked to see me clean the bowl 🍜 The chef and I'm guessing owner really knows and masters the art of ramen .

The friendliness of the staff was really nice 😺 There were ducks lined up in the store and it was so cute! Since it was a meal ticket system, I mistakenly bought a menu item with a similar name, but it was quickly replaced. There are several types of chashu to choose from, and they asked me what would go well with the ramen I ordered and what I liked, and they gave me recommendations! I ordered Tsukemen, and the spiciness of the noodles and soup was the best, and the noodles were chewy and very delicious☺️ It also contained a lot of green onions and was very satisfying! When the eggs are half-cooked and overlap with the soup, it's not too heavy and absorbs into the soup, making it delicious! I want to go eat there again! When I took a bite of the Nagoya Cochin soup, it was thick but had a gentle taste and was very delicious💞 The noodles are thin and soaked with soup, so you'll be addicted to it! It's been about 2 and a half months since I went there for the first time, but I've already eaten there 3 times.

A ramen shop in Ishioka. I went in once but had to give up because of the long line. Challenge again and visit again. The parking lot is spacious and the store is clean.
