Best Ramen in Ishioka!! Come to eat it again.

Unlike other Seirokuya restaurants, there is a feeling of discomfort in the space as a ramen shop as it is a store occupied by other restaurant businesses. It feels like a semi-private store based on Seirokuya, including our limited menu. The customer service and greetings are good, and even though it's an old store, it's well kept. The negative point is that the store is small and there are not many seasonings on the table. Please ask the store staff for seasonings as they may prepare them for you if you ask them.

While looking at word of mouth and photos, my appetite was stimulated and I went. There is no problem with the greeting that flew through the noren. I bought a meal ticket at the entrance and handed it to the female clerk who was waiting for me. At this time, I was asked about the hardness of the noodles, the thickness of the soup, and the amount of oil. It was lunch time, but it was empty, so I put in a word and went to the table seat. Although there were 3 to 4 customers, half fried rice arrived in less than 10 minutes. I expected it because it was well received by word of mouth, but I realized that it was excessive. It's delicious, but it tastes like it's using Ajinomoto. Next, eat the provided ramen. Iekei ramen to eat locally for the first time after returning to Japan. The soup is rich and the char siu is delicious. However, I prefer thin noodles, so thick noodles didn't suit me. Five stars because it was a good experience overall, based on the belief that my taste preference should not be reflected in the evaluation.
