Although it was busy at noon, the ordered item was served in less than 5 minutes. To be honest, I was a little worried before I took a sip of the soup, but there's nothing wrong with it.The taste of the dried sardines and chicken soup, which seems to have been made with fish meal, has no smell or taste other than the fact that the stock is well-seasoned. It was delicious and went well with the thick noodles. The char siew was also filling, and the crunchy texture of the chopped onion was a nice accent, making the dish very satisfying. If I had to say one thing, I would have been very satisfied if there had been a little more noodles, but that can't be a reason to reduce the rating, so I gave it 5 stars. What was especially noteworthy was that the female clerk who was handling the hall was a ``skillful person''. I would like other restaurants to follow the example of thinking ahead and speaking out. I didn't get fooled by the low reviews and went to this restaurant, which turned out to be the right decision.
