The photo shows 200g of ramen, lots of vegetables, garlic and less fat. The overall volume was about the same as other ramen shops. The restaurant is spacious with 6 counter seats, 5 tables for 2 people, 3 tables for 4 people, and a tatami room. There is a basket to put your luggage. Do you add garlic, which is common in Jiro-style products? Instead of a conversational ordering system where you have to answer questions about the amount of noodles and toppings, there is a gentle listening system that is safe even for beginners. There are photos of better vegetables. This is a Jiro-style restaurant that is recommended for beginners, as they also serve Chinese noodles, and the amount of noodles can be smaller than regular ramen. There are 3 types of toppings: garlic, vegetables, and fat. There is no egg in it without soup.

In the early afternoon when the wind blew, I set foot in an unknown land with my heart as an adventurer hidden in my heart. That day, my steps were heading towards a ramen shop. And I had no idea that that ramen shop would be the place to open the door to my new adventure. The name of the restaurant is ``Ramen Tomijiro Kasama Tomobe Branch''. It was the moment when the adventurer's blood began to stir. After ordering the basic ramen, I was hungry, so I decided to go even bolder and ordered an additional piece of pork. I ordered a normal amount of vegetables and a normal amount of fat, and finally, to test my true courage, I asked for garlic instead. At the same time, memories of other stores came back vividly. At that time, I ordered a garlic clove and it enchanted my taste buds. But now, a beautiful female clerk whispered to me with a smile. "I think there are too many garlic cloves around the bowl, so I think there are too many cloves," I nodded in gratitude. As I waited, my anticipation reached its peak. And then, before long, that cup appeared in front of me. The thick, strong noodles soaked in the soup looked like the door to an adventure into an unknown land. The aroma of the soup tickles your nose, and the fat blends in perfectly. However, it didn't feel at all bitter, and the sweetness that filled my mouth captivated me. It felt like I was immersing myself in a magical soup. Next came the chashu. This was another surprise that exceeded my expectations. The chashu is not thinly sliced, but rather thick. However, when I bit into it, it had a soft texture. Overwhelmed by the deliciousness, I ate one bite after another. However, the series of surprises was not over yet. As I thoroughly enjoyed my ramen and dug into the noodles, two large chunks of gooey chashu appeared! What!? What a luxurious service? This ramen shop was truly a treasure that lived up to the expectations of adventurers. There was an option of 250g of char siu before boiling, but I felt a little uneasy and asked for 230g by engraving the number. However, the boiled pork belly weighed 391g, 1.7 times as much. That was more than enough for me, but for those with an adventurer's soul, surprises like this are part of the adventure. In the end, I can only believe that the fact that I didn't have to go on an adventure with vegetables is a direct result of the ramen gods. This adventurous encounter with ramen marked a new chapter in my food adventure. My heart continues to soar with the adventure of unknown tastes.
