More Comments at Google MapVisited around 11:45 on Sunday. There were 2 parking lots in front of the store when we arrived. The store is almost full, so I bought a cold stamina ticket and sat down. The food was brought in about 10 minutes. The sweet and spicy bean paste, vegetables, and liver were delicious without any odor.
This is a restaurant that serves stamina hiyashi and ramen, which are not common in Kasama. The taste of the ingredients is similar to that of the traditional stamina hiyashi that is eaten in Mito and Hitachinaka, and the liver is also not addictive, so even people who don't like it can enjoy it! The bean paste is hard and has a large amount, so it sticks to the noodles well and you can enjoy the full amount of bean paste and toppings until the end. There are several types of ramen other than stamina type, so even those who don't like it are fine, and there is also a version with udon noodles available for a limited time in the summer! (The udon noodles are chewy and delicious, but I personally feel that the regular yellow noodles are better.)
I had the Stamina chilled ramen. It was the first time I had eaten chilled food in my life. The sweet and spicy red bean paste mixed with the noodles makes it very easy to eat. It had no taste and was refreshing to eat. On the other hand, it didn't really hit my stamina, but it was perfect for my stomach, which wanted to eat something cold. The store looks like an old-fashioned local store, but the inside feels like a modern store, with a ticket vending machine system and a lot of counter seats. The staff was very nice, so I would like to come again.
