More Comments at Google MapI was hesitant because there were more options on the menu than I saw in the reviews, but I decided on the chashu men. Although the dried sardines have a strong effect, the soup is drinkable without any unpleasant taste. The hardness of the thin noodles is just right, and even with a large serving, they don't stretch all the way to the end. The char siu is thin, but each piece has a unique deep flavor that spreads in your mouth. Next time I will definitely order the char siu bowl. I felt it had a high degree of completion. I think the price is reasonable these days. I'm also interested in the rich and flavorful dried sardines and cutlet ramen, so I'll be returning.
One day when a strong north wind was blowing, I visited a ramen shop in a corner of the city. The aroma of dried sardines wafts through the air, and the carefully prepared soup has no harsh taste, just an elegant flavor that spreads in your mouth. The thin, crunchy noodles seemed to blend perfectly into this soup. The chashu is so soft that it seems like it will fall apart just by touching it with chopsticks, and the melting sensation in your mouth is irresistible. This taste, this scenery, makes me feel nostalgic. Judging from the name and symbol, the owner seems to be from the Shimokita Peninsula. The inside of the restaurant has a stylish atmosphere that makes it hard to believe that it is a ramen shop, giving it the feel of a cafe in a corner of the city. It's a fantastic space, as if time has stopped. This is not just a ramen shop. This place was like a scene from a story, and I really wanted to visit it again. A story that unfolds one day when a cold north wind blows, accompanied by dried sardine soup.
Visited at 11am on a weekday after reading the reviews. The interior of the store was beautiful and felt very comfortable. I ordered a large serving of [katsu ramen]. The clear, elegant soy sauce soup and the straight, thin noodles had just the right amount of texture, and I was able to enjoy the soup with the astragalus. The freshly fried pork cutlet on top was surprisingly delicious, and I ate every bite with a groan. Next time, maybe I should go ahead and order a double pork cutlet? Thank you for the delicious item♪
