The inside of the store is very clean and comfortable, including the seasonings on the table. There are various types of seats, and it is easy to enter even if you are alone. The interior of the store is decorated with local toys from Fukushima Prefecture, so you can relax while you wait. The curly noodles unique to Kitakata ramen are also delicious.

This is my first visit to this store. Sakauchi Shokudo has grown from Aizu Kitakata to now overseas stores. What surprised me was that they make the noodles in-store. They have a refrigerator where they ripen the noodles, and they cut them here. The taste is the same at both stores, with a gentle flavor that can be enjoyed by men, women, and children of all ages. Is there a little comparison between this and the main store Kitakata? I think this is the result of thinking about expanding the chain. Considering the climate of Kitakata, I think the main store is community-based. The noodles are flat and have a good balance with a little bit of crunchiness, and go well with the soup. Char siu has also become mainstream since this type came out.It's so soft and melting that you can't get enough of it. I will repeat it

The refreshing Kitakata ramen is delicious😊 I visited just before the last order, but they were happy to show me around. Today I also had grilled pork ramen 🍜 (970 yen). The soup is refreshing yet rich, and the melty roasted pork is also very delicious💕 It seems like all the stores have their own preparations in-house 😊 The noodles are flat and curly, so they mix well with the smooth soup. I love grilled pork that is so refreshing that you can't even see the noodles in the soup. This is a ramen shop that I sometimes want to eat at.
