I think this is the most delicious ramen shop in Kashima City. I also went to Jun in Tokyo, but Iwanori Chinese here is the most delicious. It tastes better with a lot of fat, but it will be more delicious if you start with medium fat and get used to it.

First visit, I ordered a large serving of char siu noodles and medium fat. I like the soup, the thick noodles, and the fat! ︎ It was a very delicious Niigata backfat ramen♪

I ate rich seafood and pork bones. good! ️ Rich but not persistent. The noodles are thick and chewy. The menu is so rich that I want to try a lot of different things!
