My second son, who loves char siu, always orders miso ramen with char siu topping! I also ordered the usual tsukemen (meat tsukesoba). Also, you can't miss gyoza. Miso ramen's miso is a thick miso that reminds me of Sapporo ramen, which is my second son's favorite. I want to eat it in the cold winter. It was such miso ramen. The meat tsuke soba was also very delicious with the soy sauce-based dipping sauce and the thick noodles matching well! The dumplings were delicious and I was very satisfied! It's a pity that I don't have many opportunities to go to Mito, but if I have the chance next time, I'd like to try the sea bream dashi ramen, which is only available at the Ibarakicho branch.
