Yokohama Iekei (tonkotsu soy sauce) ramen shop. The parking lot in front of the store is shared by multiple stores, so you won't have to worry about finding a place to park. After purchasing a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine and waiting, you will be shown to your seat and your order will be taken. For lunch, I ordered char siu noodles + additional char siu (for rice). Rice is free for lunch Women and children are usually free It was 950+250=1200 yen. The taste is quite strong, so if you don't like strong flavors, I recommend ordering a lighter version in advance. I ordered everything normal and everything was well balanced and delicious. I think it's one of the most delicious in the Mito area. The customer service from the shop owner and the blonde lady was also good.

Greedy ramen 1000 yen + butter 100 yen I also ordered rice from Iekei. Rice is free during the day. You can have a second helping of rice, and pickles will be added if you wish. I like the noodles to be harder, the flavor to be strong, and the oil to be more oily. The soup has the mellowness of the chicken oil, the flavor of the pork that follows, and the thickness that seems to come from the collagen. Furthermore, I ordered the soup to be strong, but the soy sauce sauce was crisp and not too salty, making it a very easy-to-drink soup. Of course it goes well with rice, By the time I realized I wanted to drink it over and over again, I had finished it all. The butter topping also worked well, and the richness of the butter went perfectly with the family soup. The noodles are made by Iekei's Sakai Seimen, and the short, thick noodles intertwine well with the soup, making it a perfect match between Iekei and Sakai Seimen. The chashu wasn't hard either, it had a meaty texture and was quite juicy. This also made me want to stir in the rice, it was juicy, but the char siu wasn't that heavy. It was a very delicious bowl with the half-boiled and creamy flavored eggs and the spinach that had no odor! It was a ramen that I was convinced was one of the family-style ramen that I would want to come back to over and over again.

Ramen (700 yen) topped with cabbage (100 yen) and extra spinach (100 yen)! I was very satisfied with the amount of spinach and cabbage for 100 yen! This is my favorite Yokohama Iekei ramen shop in Mito. It has no smell and is easy to eat 🙌 The thickness of the soup (I made it normal) was just right for me. Women got free rice🍚 The rice itself wasn't that great. 2 table seats and 5 counter seats I visited on a weekday night, but customers were constantly coming!
