I like green onion miso ramen. I feel that the taste is a little strong, but for some reason I can drink the soup until the end. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it regularly.

For some reason Mito doesn't have a ramen shop. ⁈ As a hope, it might be nice to have a set of ramen and fried rice. Each item is a single item, but the price is quite good, so I always hesitate (^^;

I came alone on a weekday night. I think it was due to the influence of the new corona, but there were only 3 groups of customers and only 1 group after. I was at a loss between miso and salt, but I chose the miso that many people asked for, and made it a miso green onion medium serving (100 yen increase). The green onions are moist, the soup is firm, and the noodles are medium noodles and delicious. Personally, I would like to have more noodles and green onions because the taste is a little stronger, but I feel like coming again. Next time I would like to go with green onion salt. Added 2023.01 I will be back on a Friday night around 22:00. About 5 groups of customers. This time I splurged and made it to green onion salt char siu. The green onions are entwined with chopped pork and sweet and salty sauce, and the spiciness of the green onions is delicious. There are 5 pieces of char siu and it is not fatty, so it does not seem to melt, but it is soft and delicious. Perhaps because of the saltiness, it was more refreshing than the miso flavor!
