I ate shrimp salt ramen. It was very delicious. Crispy noodles go well with the refreshing soup. The soup is light but has a strong shrimp flavor, so you won't be disappointed. It is easy to eat because it has a rich taste of dashi soup rather than being oily. There was actually a large amount of shrimp in it. 2 types of char siu, 1 each. They were both delicious. There are many store clerks and they are often lined up, but there is no impression of waiting for a long time because the turnover is fast. The inside of the store is wider and brighter than it looks from the outside, and it has a beautiful and good atmosphere.

Furukawa-san has reopened. It wasn't crowded as I visited after 10:00 on a weekday. Limited 20 servings of duck and green onion tsukemen (1,100 yen) and char siu rice bowl (300 yen). As expected, the tsukemen was generally of a high level. The low-temperature duck char siu and the duck char siu in the dipping sauce are both delicious. The noodles are straight and I like both thickness and elasticity. As a tsukemen, I felt that the dipping sauce was a little lacking in saltiness, but I think that is the delicate flavor that is unique to Mr. Furukawa. And whenever I come to Furukawa, I always order the char siu rice bowl. This is delicious. I was served a pot of split soup, and the dashi stock here was delicious. I wonder if they're using expensive bonito flakes. It's been a long time since I drank all the ramen soup. The operation of the staff of the shop was also splendid. You can really feel the freshness. When I was dizzy, I saw it and lined up. Since the menu is at the top, "Salt Ramen" ¥ 870 large serving, Ajitama (¥ 150) plus. I was able to eat it in no time when I made it with thin noodles! The 2 kinds of char siu are also packed with flavor. Above all, the clear soup made from seafood (mussels, scallops, shrimp) was very delicious. There is a line inside and outside the store, but the seats are prepared and the staff will guide you carefully, so I thought it would be easy to understand even for the first time.
