I visited after 1pm on a weekday, and there was one group waiting outside. I got it right away, but I had to wait quite a while after ordering. It seemed like one person was cooking it, so maybe it couldn't be helped...I received a miso daruma (small) for 930 yen. The spicy miso was just the right amount of spiciness for me and was delicious. The char siu is also grilled, soft and delicious. It's a repeat decision!

This restaurant is recommended for those who want to try Jiro! First of all, the store is so clean! I don't think there are many Jiro shops that are as beautiful as this one.
