More Comments at Google MapI had the spicy tsukemen (つけめん(激辛)) and it was excellent. The noodles had a delicious flavour and the soup had a wonderful spicy and umami taste. The service was much slower than is typical for noodle restaurants. I went at 1pm on a Sunday and waited nearly an hour. For non-Japanese speakers, you should buy a ticket for the dish that you want from the machine and then place the ticket on the counter. When the chef takes your ticket, he will ask what size portion of noodles you want. This information is in the photos👇
Miso Tsukemen (slightly spicy) You can only use the meal ticket for 1000 yen, so it is better to exchange money in advance. Medium-thick noodles in a light soup. I ordered a medium portion, but I ended up eating a large portion. The toppings were not pork belly, but pork belly.
Mito's super spicy restaurant This is a super spicy ramen tsukemen shop located in a corner of a residential area in Migawa, Mito City. Even on weekdays, regulars form a line before the store opens, and during busy times, you can wait anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour from the time you enter to the time your food is served. The father is not a very friendly person, but if you like spicy food, he will serve you a drink that will not disappoint. In February and August, there will be a limited challenge menu, and if you eat and drink all the dishes, you will receive an original towel as a prize. We recommend starting with Bozu Tanmen and Tsukemen to enjoy the spiciness. Of course, there are non-spicy menu items as well.
